Just to be sure I want to rule out the 1941 death.

F L = Florence Lillian

It's possible there is no connection between the Grant and the Drew and therefore no way to actually rule it out.

Does not say sister or daughter Mrs F L Drew.

Nothing that helps, but looks to have in trouble with police a few times. b. c1884. 1911 for assault [on a Patrick Grant]. 1914 and 1916 desertion of family.
