I found a couple of trees earlier, not much help, I didn't see a Skinner on any of them

There is one, just has Charles as her husband, she d. 1809, not validated.

It also has Louisa, nothing after her birth

Same reason. They travelled in convoy:

The Nile arrived at Portsmouth on 20th May 1801 and departed Spithead on 21st June 1801 in convoy with the Minorca and Canada.
