Charles Arthur Purnell Descendants

I am trying to locate descendants of Charles Arthur Purnell.
He died on 30 October 1918 Worthing Sussex. He was a Doctor. He was married to Nora Kathleen Jean Bee, who died in 1935. They had 3 children,
Richard Hugh Purnell born 16 Sep 1911, Joyce E Purnell born Sep qtr 1914, James A W Purnell, born Dec qtr 1918.
I understand from family history that Richard also became a Dr and had 3 children who's names were Patricia born 1938, Joan born 1939, and Derrick born 1943. I understand that Derrick became a Dental Surgeon and was living in the Leamington Spa area, this was in 1976.
Charles Arthur Purnell was born in New Zealand 17 October 1881. He went to England to qualify as a surgeon in the early 1900's. His younger brother Leslie Gordon went to England also in the early 1900's from New Zealand.

If anyone can help me with information relating to this family would be great.

The 1978 BT telephone directory gives a JAW Purnells address as - 39, Leigh Road. Worthing tel no.
He is listed in various years and looks like he lived at this address from 1951.

Cant find a marriage for this gentleman.

Betty is probably James wife, but will now start the hunting for their marriage.
My wife Anita is the Granddaughter of Leslie Gordon Purnell. We have just recently found out about his death. He died in St Bernards Hospital in Southall, 3 Jan 1951 of no fixed abode. Her father (John Leslie de la Hyde Purnell) didn't know about his father as the story goes that his father had mental breakdown and went in to hospital in 1914. John with his Brother was put in an Orphanage by their mother till she came and collected them in 1927 when John was 16. She told them that their father was dead.
It wasn't to I started to work back from her Fathers birth certificate that we started to find out about the large family she had. She didn't know about her grandfather or Great Grand Father (Charles William Purnell) who came from Lambeth, to NZ with his parents in 1856.
Can you explain to me where I can get further information on Patient records for Leslie Gordon Purnell. I have a copy of his death certificate but of course only gives the cause of death. It doesn't say how long he was in the hospital etc.
Also i would like to locate Derrick R Purnell the son of Richard Hugh. Who i understand from a letter to one of the cousins in 1976, that he was a Dental Surgeon in North Warwickshire Hospital and Lived in Leamington Spa. He qualified as a surgeon at London Surgical school.
I believe he is still in that area.
