I have asked for help with the Burgess family in the past, but this time I am going further back to Charles Burgess Senior, who was born (well put it this way, he was married in 1813 in St Marys in Marylebone)
He married Ann Brown, and one of his three children was my gggrandfather, who was also Charles Burgess, and born in Marylebone in August 1814 as was his own daughter Elizabeth in 1839.
Charles Burgess b (guessing) 1788 that is to say if he was 25 when married
Ann Brown
children:
Charles Burgess b 6 Aug 1814 in Marylebone
Anne Burgess b 19 June 1817 Holborn, London
Robert Burgess b 1 Jun 1820 in Holborn, London
If none of them are in the 1841 census - is there a death for either Charles (snr)or Ann? On his marriage certificate, he was a servant
By the way I know Ann Brown is the wife, as his son Charles had among all his children a Charles Burgess born 1840 who died 2 yrs later and a Charles Brown Burgess b 1846
