Charles Edward Morgan was born Bristol 1863
by 1874 he belonged to a Bible class @ Sudbrook,Monmouthshire(apparently the village of Sudbrook was the centre of operations for the building of the Severn Tunnel),once tunnel was opened ,Charles moved and started working on Barry Docks,but on the 31 March 1886 he fell from the dock wall ,from there he was transferred to Cardiff Infirmary where he died of his injuries on 31 March 1886,an inquest was held 2 days later.

our problem is we cannot find any report of the accident or inquest can anyone help please ?
