John in 1878 can't be David's son as David married in 1878 in Grenfell.

No marriage in Grenfell area 1865 - 1890 for a John Johnstone.

Found a few trees, none have David out of Scotland/England.. 2x have his death as 1935, not validated. So no pointers there at all?

Brother Joseph ended up in Canada and one researcher has letter David wrote to family in Canada.
