Using parents = John and Ellen, some researchers have middle name as Oswald, others favour Owen.. not validated.

I believe initial 'O' is correct and that it is Oswald. I've not seen Owen anywhere yet.

Other marriages with initials that could be wrong. It is a common error in the index.

MR. JOHN SPACKMAN
An old identity of Crookwell district passed away in the Old People's home at Young. Mr. Spackman was eighty-seven years of age and had been an inhabitant of the Home for nine months.
He was active right up until the last few days before his death which was caused by heart failure.
Deceased leaves 4 sons and 6 brothers. The sons are Bert (Sydney), Ern (Harden), Charles (Queensland) and Kerron (Cobargo). The brothers are Harry and George (Sydney), Bill (Bowral), Tom and Fred (Crookwell), and Walter (Goulburn). Deceased also leaves twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The remains were conveyed from St. Mary’s and interred in the Catholic Portion of the Young Cemetery.

The only other death in Qld for a Mary Spackman is Mary nee Kerr who married Walter James Spackman.

If there had been no electoral roll for a Charles Alfred I'd just say the initial A in the marriage was an error and leave it at that.

That's a bit W of Eden on south coast.

I've checked all 1907 using tin*.

Date in tree for Mary is 2 days out so perhaps a burial date.

Not in ACI.

I bought a USB WiFi adapter yesterday and installed the driver and it does not show on the list of available WiFi networks, so can't choose it and press connect. The button on back of modem was pressed so WiFi light on modem is on.
