Hello crankypants,

Thare are plenty of Elizabeth but just taking Eliza and Chorlton between 1856 and 1864 we have just three:

Deaths Dec 1856
ANDERSON Eliza Chorlton 8c 314
Deaths Sep 1858
ANDERSON Eliza Chorlton 8c 307
Deaths Mar 1862
ANDERSON Eliza Chorlton 8c 443

Added: I think the daughter Eliza died young but this is for spouse Eliza (nee MORRIS).

Hello crankypants,

Thanks. In the later ones in Rockdale he was listed as C. T. so if that's him it is only two years after his siblings arrived.

Regards,

Dave

This is a possibility but where are his younger sisters?

1861
Robert Anderson aged 17 b. Manchester occ cotton piecer
lodging with William & Ann Mort & family in Dukinfield.

They may be in Cheshire and not Lancashire.
