Lydia Tivey died 1837 and was burid in Melbourne 23 February 1837. It was a nonconformist baptist burial.

Charles Tivey remarried 28 August 1837 in Melbourne to a Frances Brown.
In 1841 Census Frances is in Melbourne but no Charles

Not the right Charles then in 1841 in post #1. Charles listed as a frame work knitter when daughter Sarah married in 1855. Not down as deceased.
