Hello crankypants,

Thank you very much. George should be in Nundah in 1903 also - listed as an 'artist' I think.

Hello crankypants,

Thanks. 'Trelinga' is the name of the cattle station I think. Lots of the OUTRIDGE's large family were born there.

A few of the family (George's brother was one) died in the cyclone that hit Cape Melville on 5 Mar 1899.

Yes, there is a lot of stuff on the family in the old Qld. newspapers.

George's sister Emma Elizabeth b. 25 Aug 1852 Brisbane d. 10 May 1884 but not in Brisbane. So far I can't find where she is buried.

Regards,

Dave

Hello crankypants,

The Brisbane Courier (Qld. : 1864-1933) Monday 12 May 1884, page 1
ZILLMAN -On the 10th May, at Gympie, of typhoid fever. Emma Elizabeth Zillman, fourth daughter of Mr. J. L. Zillman, Woodville, near Brisbane.

I have some brick walls with the OUTRIDGE family but I won't revisit them just now. It's a very large family with connections to Somerset and New Zealand. Same with connected families NOBLE and NIQUE(T).

I'll move on.

Dave
