Hello,

Birth 12792/1875 STORRIER CHARLOTTE L - JOHN - CHARLOTTE E - HAY

1903 NSW Electoral Roll - RIVERINA - HILLSTON POLLING-PLACE
STORRIER Charlotte Louisa, Riverview, domestic duties

Death ???

Not to be confused with Charlotte Elizabeth:

8335/1903 GORMAN WILLIAM J J - STORRIER CHARLOTTE E - CROOKWELL

Or Louisa M:

11940/1910 KEATING AMBROSE - STORRIER LOUISA M - CROOKWELL

The first one died young and I can find no other Louise/Louisa birth:

12638/1878 STORRIER LOUISA MARY - WILLIAM FREDERICK - BRIDGET - GOULBURN
12823/1885 STORRIER LOUISA M - WILLIAM F - BRIDGET - GOULBURN

Death 4174/1920 KEATING LOUISA M - WILLIAM - BRIDGET - GOULBURN

----
I have not accounted for this Louisa yet:

8259/1905 WRIGHT WILLIAM - STORRIER LOUISA - WYALONG

Birth 9562/1907 WRIGHT LESLIE W - WILLIAM - LOUISA M - WYALONG

Now that is curious. Another Louisa M. ??? Well, it's not Louisa C with Charlotte Louisa names reversed.

Regards,

Dave

Ok you have her in Hilston in 1903. Since she was only 2 when her mother died, her father may have remarried and her death might have her step mother's name on the index.

Possible remarriage for John??
3212/1882 STORRIER JOHN SIGGO ELIZA ARGYLE

18309/1922 STORRIER JOHN WILLIAM MARGARET HILLSTON

The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954)(about)
Friday 2 May 1884

Good point, gibbo. :2fun:

1913 NSW Electoral Roll - MURUMUMBIDGEE - HILLSTON POLLING-PLACIE
495 STORRIER Eliza, Riverview, domestic duties
498 STORRIER John, Riverview, farmer

Daughter Elizabeth had died and no other Eliza but a 2nd wife.

Yes, John did die in 1922.

Now I can't see a death for Eliza or another marriage.

Still can't see a death for Charlotte.

SIGGO is not that common a name in NSW reg. :D

A little bit.

The trees have no death for Charlotte and no parents, birth or death for Eliza.

Seems Charlotte will remain a mystery but we might make progress with Eliza if we can find an alternative for SIGGO. SEAGO and SAGO are no help.

Can't be this one because still around in 1980.

Elizabeth Doris Storrier 1930 New South Wales Hume

Marriage 3300/1927 STORRIER HENRY I - ROWE ELIZABETH D - PADDINGTON

So Eliza died before 1930 or remarried or moved from NSW.

----

No trees for William WRIGHT & Louisa - that looks like a tough one too.

Thanks gibbo. :2fun:

Not in Ryerson.

Bet finding her birth will be harder.

brother-in-law, Raglan-street, Darlington
I don't think that's a STORRIER because it is an inner Sydney suburb.

So Eliza had a sister.

3373/1882 MCCOOEY JAMES BRENNAN - SIGGO ANNE CATHERINE - CROOKWELL

Death 6438/1914 MCCOOEY ANNE - RICHARD - MARY - CHATSWOOD

Unlikely both had 2nd marriage so must be maiden name.

No age:

McCOOEY Anne Death notice 08MAY1914 Death late of Chatswood Sydney Morning Herald 12MAY1914

Thanks gibbo. :)

I'm keeping up with preparation for the stir fry tonight. :2fun:

LD= St Mary's RC Sydney

One tree has it as Mary SULLIVAN b. 1810 Cork, Ireland d. 1890

Same tree has Richard b. 1807 Burwash, Sussex

Does that match the convict?

Birth for Eliza ?
