Cheeky Kew Request

#1
Before making my cheeky request, if there is an on line way I can get this info please post it and I will do so. I cannot get to The National Archives at Kew, now or in the foreseeable future, hence this request, and yes I admit a bit of a cheek. But if you don't ask you don't get! :D

I am trying to find out about the wartime service of my late father, Harold William Arber. Born 1902, London. Died 1954, London.

I have copies of his Discharge papers from the Merchant Navy from 1925 and 1930. But the records on Find My Past only go as far as 1941. So, if anyone is at Kew and has an idle moment (unlikely I know) Would they be so kind as to check the below please to see if he is listed and what info there is?

Fifth Register of Merchant Seaman's Service CRS10 card in BT 382/36
Appleby A J to Archard P J covering dates 1941 - 1946

If this request is out of order please remove it Moderator.
