Cohen/Hinden from Russia

Hello,

I am now researching another branch of the family.
Census states they came from Russia.

Familyname HINDEN:

Samuel Lewis (Louis, Levy) HINDEN (about 1876 in Russia)
and his wife Florence Henrietta COHEN (about 1879 in Russia)
Familytree says his name was Israel Lewis Hinden.
They came over before 1904.

Joseph COHEN (about 1852 in Russia)
and his wife Annette or Annetta (about 1854 in Russia)

Came over before 1887.
I have found them in the 1891 and 1901 Census.
Three children were born in Russia, four born in UK.

At the moment I have access to ancestry.com, but I cannot find anything on them except in the Census.

As far as I know the family was jewish.

Any hints how I can track them down in Russia?
I don't know where to look or to search.
