William Cook age 29 Bellows maker born Birmingham
Eliza Cook wife age 32 born Birmingham
Frederick J Leaves Nephew age 7 born Ealing, Middlesex

The only other William Cook wife Eliza was aged 59 and there were 4 other Williams whose wives were called Elizabeth
