Copper Roller

Looking for some information about William Thomas Copper Roller. He was b c1750 and in 1783 he was a Copper Roller in Wraysbury Buckinghamshire.
There is a Copper Mill road in Wraysbury where I assume the mill once stood; I know that William was not born in Wraysbury

I do know there was a Thomas Williams MP for Marlowe known as the Copper King and I believe the Wraysbury mill was a part of his Empire.

What I'm looking for is: Could William have been working at the Mill in Swansea?? And how he came to be lving in Wraysbury?? Where would I find this kind of information?? And biggest question of all how would he have made his money?? He was described as a gentleman when he died 22/12/1822, owning three properties in the Wraysbury Sunbury-on-Thames area.

Many Thanks
