Cycle shop Halesowen with first petrol pump

I am trying to find out about the cycle shop in Halesowen that had Halesowen's first petrol pump. It was run by my grandma Sarah Rudge as her husband worked at the steel factory. If anyone has any info about it or where it was please I would love to hear from you as I am going back home in August for the first time in over 30 years and would love to go and see where it was.

Roughly what years are we talking about?

Most newspaper archives outside of London only cover 1750 - 1899.

I believe it was in Halesowen around 1916 as there is a story told about my father when he was two and he was born in 1914. I was only 8 when my father died in 1969 and I am trying to find anything I can on his family.
