Looks like its still pretty much on the same course for now. Thankfully he appears to be a small system but still cant get complacent they can still be a danger and they can also change at any time.

Tracking map for 5am this morning.

Will be interesting to see what the next tracking map will be like.

I just noticed that the link i put on the above, changes with the new updates as they come about. When i posted it, it was the 5am update and when i just checked the link, it is the 8am update now. Thats pretty

Hi Dave,

Thank you, all good here. Im in Charters Towers. Thought we were going to be in for a bit of a bumpy ride for a while but with been inland from bowen and the cyclone weakened pretty quick once it hit the coastline and then went south of me so it didnt affect me a great deal, tho we had a few gusts of wind nothing more than what we can get sometimes anyway.
Another cyclone on its way apparently and they are expecting that one to land on the QLD coast somewhere on Thursday.
Dont know if this link will work but its brilliant to see. The QLD coastline is the white sqiggle line on the left side of the map. You can see what is left of Cyclone Anthony on land and out to sea you can see the other cyclone that is due this week, its that big red thing floating around on the map. The link might take a few seconds to load.

Hi Gibbo
Saw where you live on the other map Seems that one's out of the way now, but the next one looks a bit doggy to me. Glad you didn't have any trouble, I was a bit nervous for you when you did not come on line this morning (30th)

Hi Steve - How you doing, Is where you live on the maps?

This one is pretty bad by all accounts so far.
I didnt know until the other day from reading on the weather forum that been at the south of a cyclone is worse than been on the north of one.
