Dunno gibbo.

Maiden name Harris so no birth for Daisy.

Death notice did not seem to fit at all, unless she remarried but then listed children would not be hers but those of her 2nd spouse. No mention of known daughter Shirley.

I'll have to search the fiche at the State Library for years after 1980 assuming Mackellar or Warringah.

Like you said it’s not the Daisy Mackenzie who died in 1975, looking at her death notice has different children to Wallace Bruce Mackenzie 1969 death notice. Hard to say if Daisy remarried after 1969.
Wallace is buried at Northern Suburbs I think now it’s Macquarie Park Cemetery ?? Maybe worth a check.

There are two. The old Northern Suburbs Crematorium is still only a crematorium. The old Northern Suburbs Cemetery a bit further west didn't have a crematorium but it does now and is now called Macquarie Park.

I checked Macquarie Park for a burial for Daisy and no luck.
