I am trying to trace the death of my grandfather, he was FREDERICK WILLIAM BUSTIN also known on some records as FREDERICK JAMES BUSTIN
He was born at Wytham in 1877. I believe he was living with a son in Wokingham Berkshire at the time of his death but have no idea of when. Thank you
Gwen

Hi Gwen,
I have found a Frederick Bustin (Born Kingsweir)1878, in the 1901 census with Annie Bustin as Lodgers, and occupation as a railway porter. Lodging with William and Alice Martin. St.Thomas. Oxford.

And also Frederick in 1881 census born 1887, Wytham, Berks. Son of Henry and Eliza.

As both are within spitting distance, is it fair to assume these are the same.

As Wytham now appears to be in Oxfordshire(1995 border changes) hence where my confusion lies.:D

Still can't find his death though.

I've searched as Frederick only, and still achieved the same non-results as Fred.W and Fred.J.

Hi Steve.

I find it confusing re county changes as well.

Re Granddad I was told when I was a teenager he was living with one of his other sons who
Lived in WOKINGHAM BERKS. He did have another son Jack who was a retired train
Driver who lived in BRIDGEND SOUTH WALES maybe that was where he was, as you can tel they were not a close family.

Hi all

I am still trying to find FREDERICK WILLIAM / JAMES BUSTIN DEATH. I am wondering as on some records one middle name is used on others the
Other is used was his death recorded using both middle names or even using a middle name as a first name. He was born in 1877 and died in either
WOKINGHAM or BRIDGEEND.
