Death registed in one country and buried in another?

A nightmare for the likes of us people

Recently someone we know had a brother who died in England. The brother was born and lived in Australia but died whilst on holiday in England. They flew his body home to Australia for burial.

So his death would be reg. in England and even tho he was buried in Australia

Or could they also reg. his death in Australia?
