Yep its natural. Tho another site did say to eat healthy and exercise as that is suppose to help some:biggrin: My biggest down fall is snacking while at the computer:rolleyes:

Me too,replaced smokes with food. It's called hand to mouth syndrome.
I didn't think middle age spread had a starting or finishing age.
Mine just keeps on keeping on. :rolleyes: joan:)
