Thanks for the response to the editorial. :)

It seems that most of the delays have now been resolved, though some people are still waiting longer than normal.
The delay was mainly due to the BBC program "Who do you think you are?" which attracted loads of people to apply for certificates! So they got way laid! Happens to all of us :wink:
