Dorothy Branthwaite married Samuel Corfield at Our Lady and St Nicholas Church, Liverpool in 1846.

I know there is an image from the Register on line but am unable to access it. Can anyone help and give me the details please.

Many thanks,

Many thanks for that. I was basically after confirmation of her father's name. I'm not sure why she put Ulverston down as pob in 1851 as she was born in Whitehaven, Cumberland and that is what is in the 61 and 71 Censuses. The family moved from Whitehaven to Liverpool sometime between the death of her mother in 1839 and the 1841 Census.

Thanks again,

Emeltee
