What side of the river are you dropping at in Bideford Lee.
The East of the river(Barnstaple side) is where the hostiles live, according to the westies.
Many a rough and tumble I've witnessed on a friday/saturday night between the 2 communities.

Steve.:)

Aaah, the civilised side.

Nice trip from Torrington to Bude, if you're going cross country via Stibb Cross.

Stop off at Dartington Crystal, in Torrington, and get the missus a nice bit of crystal glass if you can swing it. Nice stuff in there. Only a minute from town centre, just pass the swimming pool.

Got lashed once in Bideford once, 'toured' the market square before heading for the chippie, I think.
I blamed my nephew for leading me astray that night.

Stayed in Crediton...what a lovely little place...parking my lorry behind the old Victorian train station i walked into the town....lovely red stoned parish church and the town is full of oldie style shops...it is the birthplace of St Boniface?..must confess i dont know too much on such a person i will delve a little.
Really lovely evening exploring the nooks and crannies of this old,old town....it has a lovely little public park as well ware i milked vitamin c.
Today i stopped off in Kenniford Farm nr Clyst St Mary on my way to Exmouth....i did look out for Maddie!..but no one looked remotely welsh looking.
Its a lovely farm shop which do a lovely pork dinner for £4 and its meat straight from the farm...............crackling and stuffing with apple sauce, little things please little minds eh..
Two long days of work was broken up with a nice evening in Crediton...indeed a credit to Devon.
