Thanks Geoff.

There should be two deaths in NSW for an Adolph.

The Conrad Ludwig Christian Lange, see post #33 is probably the Ludwig in Victoria who has a son Adolph in Lockhart, NSW.

The Adolph who died at his son's residence is the one born 1861 in SA.

We need another birth.

Thanks Val.

Ok although these families always swap names around Conrad Ludwig may not be Ludwig ...

1877 LANGE Adolph Heinrich - Ludwig August Johann LANGE - Sophie Hedwig SCHULT Grey 179/29

Need to sort out the Adolph in Lockhart.

15 Killara-avenue Killara, formerly of Boree Creek,
and Junee Reefs beloved husband of Eva E H.

Boree Creek is just north of Lockhart.

That one moved from near Lockhart to Sydney as a hotel keeper then retired to Killara. Not connected.

Has to be with son 'Bert'

Marriage 17312/1923 LANGE ALBERT C - BROWN FLORENCE A [?] NARRANDERA

1954 NSW Electoral Roll - Hume - Temora
LANGE Albert Charles, Hazeldean, Stockinbingal, farmer
LANGE Florence Rebecca, Hazeldean, Stockinbingal, home duties
LANGE Adolph Charles, Hazeldean, Stockinbingal, no occupation
I'd say it is sorted now with the odd thing re the names - Charles John for marriage and births and Adolph Charles for electoral rolls and death.
