I have a update:biggrin: It appears that Edmund may be the one that davelambert mentioned on #14 on here. Someone on the Great War forum has helped me and this is the info that was posted.
I would suggest he could be Sapper Edmund J Page Royal Engineers 541575 enlisted 24/5/15 discharged 21/1/19. He has a MIC card on Ancestry
20th TF Depot RE Cause of discharge Para 392 (XVIA) Sick
