Electoral rolls for NSW 1903-1909

Hi all,
Are electoral rolls between 1906 and 1909, only available for lookups through the main library in NSW?
I would like to find the first electoral roll record of George and charlotte Wall, and Henry Joseph and Ada C. Patmore arriving in Wollongong. It will finish off their story. I know they were there in 1910, and were in Newcastle in 1903, I just need to fill in their year of arrival there. Any ideas? If they are searchable in S.A I will go to the SA state library, I can't seem to find info that they are, I don't think so Thanks, Joan.

1903 - 1989 are on fiche at SLNSW which I plan to visit on 10th or 11th.

NSW 1903, 1906, 1908, 1909, 1913, 1915, 1916, 1917, 1921, 1922, 1925, 1926, 1928, 1930, 1933, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940 Sup, 1941, 1943, 1944, 1946, 1947, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1953, 1954, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1972, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983 Sup, 1984, 1988, 1989

Thanks Dave, might I ask for a teensy favour? A lookup for 1906-8 for Wollongong, for these couples? Just to have their first year of arrival in Wollongong would finish that story.

I had no luck with 1906. Not Sub-division Wollongong or Nowra or Bulli or Kembla but there are about 30 sub-divisions so can't be sure if they are in Illawarra Division or not.

No middle names for any of them listed. No street numbers.
