I think that is William junior in 1861 with an error for his age.

William in 1851 is 48. I doubt he is the father of the one born 1877 in Qld.

1851 seemed to be employing 11 men

1861 I think junior employing 2 men

No need Geoff. No William in 1861 that fits for junior.

No death with an age that fits for William senior in England or Qld.

A death in England for junior? No death 1851 - 1861 in Aston or Birmingham Vol 6d

No sign in 1861, 1871 or 1881 in England of a William Cook born Shropshire 1826 - 1830 that looks to fit.

Be back in 2 hours Geoff.

Our Ipswich correspondent writes:
The Week (Brisbane, Qld. : 1876 - 1934) Sat 18 Dec 1880 Page 7 THE BLACKALL MEMORIAL.
... and they are already engraved in full " block" letters (by Mr. William Cook, of this town) ... and these tablets (which are in white marble) are to go east and west. ...

So the one in Ipswich/Gatton can carve marble.

Marriage 1862/C079 Sarah Moucher - William Cook * 4 Dec 1861

Death 1927/C2981 Sarah Cook - Moucher - ** born England aged 87 years
