Eldest son is also Richard, an upholsterer.

I couldn't see probate for Elizabeth. There is one for Richard who died in 1873. Looks like he remarried to a Franci(e)s.

The family are minus Elizabeth are at Eagle Street in 1861. The probate for Richard gives an address of 15 Eagle Street wife Frances Anderson. Mary Ann Smith wife of John Smith coach painter - 8 Stowe Street Green Hays Manchester - daughter of the executrixes. Effects under £100.00

So if Eliza nee MORRIS b. 1816 Northwich and daughter Eliza b. 1856 both can't be found in 1861 then it appears Eliza died in 1858 and daughter died in 1856.

However, Robert junior, Emma and Esther have not been found in 1861 either.

I have no Richard in Australia.
