Elizabeth CHARLES aged approx 64yrs Widowed born Hanbury (Abbots Bromley area) Staffordshire
She may be in the Alrewas area or Bromley Hurst area (at least someplace in Staffs)
Could you please check who else is with her as she may have family still living there.

I should think that it must be Bolehall which is next door to Glascote.

On your first post you wrote,
EDWARD ALFRED ARNOLD 11 B 1860 NEPHEW BORN STAFFS.

Could you just recheck 1871 census and see if his middle name is actually Arthur?
The 1881 census has his name as Edward Arthur ARNOLD
