Possibly married in Saffron Hill, 1869, to Charles Thomas Tayler. Charles' Father's job is "cartman" and, in 1861 and 1871 census for Thomas Tayler, his occupation is "Hackney Carriage Driver", so that lends weight to this being the right marriage.
I'll investigate William Raven's census records and see what they say about his job!
