The best I can find in 1911 is

Elizabeth Adams YOB 1857 Widow Sick Nurse born Westminster.

The age is out and it's the wrong place of birth so I'm not sure if it is her or not.

There is a death in 1919 which looks likely

Sarah E Adams age 67 YOB 1852 Jun 1919 Hampstead vol 1A p634.

I've returned to this one because I got a copy of the 1911 census for Arthur the other day at the library to confirm he was alone on the schedule 67 although it says son.

Hi Dave

Arthur is listed on his own as 'son' in 1911. That said, the next entry or previous entry [images] has a Mrs Adams listed above at the same address, also listed with other people. Both lodgers, he is a checking clerk and she is a nurse, she also says she is a nurse and married. Interestingly they've all been crossed out

I can't see a transcription that includes his mother

Info sent re. the image and the schedule that matches yours in post #1.

I'll leave you to draw your own conlusion
