Closest I can find is Elizabeth Waters born 1 August 1808, baptised 7 August 1808 in Little Abington, 6 miles from Weston Colville. Parents William and Sarah.

I've found an image of the 1823 marriage but I can't find a baptism around 1802.

All the census have Elizabeth's pob as Weston.

I have found a couple of trees which give her parents as Philip Waters and Mary Crask who married 30 June 1799 in Fulbourn, Cambs. There is a baptism ni Fulbourn for a son Philip in 1800 but no other children found. However both Philip senior and junior were buried in Weston Colville so it is a possibility that philip was Elizabeth's father, just the baptism isn't online.
