Ann illegitimate daughter of Elizabeth TRODD & Charles CARTER 18 October 1835 at St Mary Extra.

1841 Census

John Trodd 76 Lab n Calc DoB 1765
Martha Trodd 68 y Calc DoB 1773
Harriet Trodd 30 y Calc DoB 1811
William Trodd 24 y Calc DoB 1817
Ann Trod 5 y Calc DoB 1836

I assume that this is the same Ann Trodd but who is Elizabeth?

I Don't have an Elizabeth as a child of John & Matha only a Betsy.

An interesting side light on John Not being born in County the form I have for the vaccination of Agnes Cozens in 1864 shows the parish as Hound and the County as Southampton.

This is my first post - I am related to the daughter of John Trodd and Martha (Patty) Dagwell, her name was Elizabeth (Betsy). She had an illegitimate daughter Ann (Harriet Ann) who married Charles Taplin, after they gave birth to Henry Charles Taplin my g grandfather.
The information here is superb.
