English adoption certificate.

Having never seen an English adoption cert, what would it look like, and what information would it contain.

I have recently bought a birth cert, and written on the side of the usual information of parents etc. is written "Adopted", and the registrars signature.

Would it be a 'short cert', with the adopted name, place and date of birth.

A full adoption certificate shows date of birth, place and country of birth, adoptive forename and surname, ***, name and surname, address and occupation of adoptive parents, date of adoption order, date on which the adoption granted, and name of the court.

PS yeas a short adoption certificate only shows date, place and country of birth, adoptive forename and surname, and ***
