Is there a way i can enlarge a photo without it going blurry?

Its the only wedding photo i have seen of my parents and its just normal photo size. I was thinking of enlarging it and framing it for them. How would i do this?

Wouldn't hurt to post it on here, we have some clever people, who just might like a chance to see what they can do?
You can also go to a professional.

Gibbo,
The best way is to take a picture with a very good camera so that the image it produces can be enlarged. You would need a camera that uses film a film or if digital that can save the image uncompressed.
If you would like I could have ago if you could scan the image using the highest resolution that you can get and then send me the image, I will see what I can do.
