Now you can't rely on any particular notice being correct.

MediaWatch gave Fairfax a real serve for the errors in SMH and Age funeral notices since they were outsourced to the Phillipines. MediaWatch did a check of all notices in a month and found 56 errors!! Later, one of the Fairfax people said things had improved and 99% of notices were now error-free ...

Bit like Telstra  They sacked hundreds here in Australia and put a majority of their call centres in the Phillipines. Heaps and heaps of complaints about errors since. Me been one person who complained about the service just the other week.

I've long had the opinion that a computer does not make a human being an administrator! The screen dictates the activity and the use of a brain is now redundant! Apologies to anyone who considers my views to be totally alien, but my administrative education was based on manual systems and accuracy was more important than speed at all times, not to forget that we had to get it right the first time!

Talk to a computer, not likely! I'd talk to the wall - it doesn't answer back, and I'd talk to myself as I'd always be right and win every argument!:2fun::2fun::2fun: The day I do that, I'll know I've past it!:biggrin:
