domestic servant at the time age about 21

I had a look at the 1891 Census and found the following info.
Esther Moss 21 Servant Born Audlem Cheshire at
25 Witton St Northwich.
She was the servant of the Byrom ?sp family living at the above address and the head of the Family was a Confectioner
RG12/2839/F?
