evan evans great grandfather

hi all

sorry but not sure if I've put this in the right place.

but am looking for birth/death of my husbands gt grandfather. we have his marriage but cant find birth/death. the only information we have is what's on the marriage certificate.

here are the details:

evan evans 43 widower labourer father Edmund evans seaman(merchant navy)
Gertrude butler 43 widower

they married in st Thomas catholic church in wandsworth, surrey.
