Hi Julie
I have been to Kew and loked through records for my ancestor Thomas Roberts. He was discharged in 1856 aged 43 and moved to Brighton. I even have him on the pay lsts for pensioners, but unfortunately the out pension pay lists stopped after 1862 otherwise I would have been able to narrow down the date to within days of his move to London in the spring of 1864 as they did mention ex soldiers movements to and from districts.
I think Muster rolls dont actually give details of ex soldiers out-pensioners movements though.
