Hello cp,

A revisit. We couldn't find John the jeweller and watchmaker & Charlotte last time.

Regards,

Dave

Hello cp,

John came to Sydney from London, but when? No idea if Charlotte also arrived.

No idea where James was born.

I'm finding nothing that helps.

Regards,

Dave

Hello cp,

A rough chance this may help. It says second son so assuming another son died in Sydney:

Death # 210/1874 WALKER WILLIAM J JOHN CHARLOTTE SYDNEY

I will follow this garden path.

Dave

Hello cp,

The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842-1954) - Wednesday 4 February 1874 p.1
DEATHS
On the 3rd instant, at his late residence, 48 Fitzroy-street, Chippendale, WILLIAM JOHN WALKER, eldest son of John Walker, of Paddington.

If I'm right we have sons William John and then James born where? England probably.

Regards,

Dave

Hello cp,

Another son, looks like the youngest of the three:

Death # 756/1880 WALKER GEORGE JOHN DIED SYDNEY SYDNEY

The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842-1954) - Wednesday 28 April 1880 p.1
DEATHS
WALKER.-April 27, at his residence, 521 George-street South, George Walker, aged 41 years, son of the late John Walker, watchmaker and jeweller, Cornhill, London. Home and Queensland papers please copy.

Looks like another son John T. as well.

Judging by the newspaper ads it's possible John senior returned to London and died there. ???

Died between 1874 and 1880 from the two son's death notices.

Not this death: 2724/1874 WALKER JOHN JOHN JANE PADDINGTON

He was a music seller.

Regards,

Dave

Hello cp,

I'm stuck and made no progress with the WALKERs.

Albert G FLETCHER b. 1859 Sydney d. aft Sep 1885

- parents Peter (d. 1909) & Anna Catherine (d. Sep 1885)

In death reg of some siblings their mother's name is listed as Hannah or Maude (Hannah).

I've looked using Anna C, Ann C, Annie C, Catherine, Hannah and Maude and blank.

Please see what you can find. Thanks.

EDIT: Looks like we can move right along. Seems no tree has a marriage or a death for Albert:

Albert G Fletcher (1859 - )
Born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 1859 to Peter Fletcher and Anna C Powell.

Regards,

Dave
