As Henry was born Lambeth and Mary Ann died there this seems the most likely Census entry. There are four families living in the address and one family is Thomas Hurst, wife and children who turns out to be Mary Ann's brother.

Thomas Hurst (1797-1871) married Jane Roberts (1798-1872) in Portsea 21 July 1818. They had several children in Havant, Hampshire including Thomas baptised 8 October 1818, Ann 7 January 1821 and Jane 10 May 1829.

I cannot find a marriage for henry and Jane although I have found a tree which gives the same date in 1846 as you have.

I have found Henry's marriage to Ann. Her father is given as Thomas and his as William. The only baptism I can find with father William is
Henry Foster 19 November 1815 London parents William and Sarah.

the only marriage I can find is for a Thomas Foster March 1850 Epsom which lists a Jane Hurst amongst them

1841 census has Henry 26 a printer with Ann 21 and baby Henry 8 mths.
