Somewhat new to Genealogy. Having hard time locating members of Foster family located in any of the following areas:

Watford
Bushey
Hertefordshire
Staffordshire

Specifically trying to locate June Florence Foster. I am located in the States and very hard to come by local telephone books, etc. without having to pay large sum of money. Which I don't have.

Some dates would be useful. As much information that you can comfortably supply would help. Also is it Herefordshire or Hertfordshire.
