From baptism and burial records I know Samuel Obey and wife Susan lived in Mile End New Town in late 1750, Bishopsgate in April 1752 and Gravel Lane in Aldgate in Dec 1752. I descend from their son Samuel born in late 1750.

A Samuel Obey is listed as living as a tenant in Norton Folgate in 1752. This must have been early part of the year as in April 1752 a Joseph, son of Samuel and Susan Obey was baptised at St Botolph Bishopsgate. No address was given for that baptism even if most London registers gave a street name. Norton Folgate is a street inbetween Bishopsgate and Shoreditch High Street, and one continuous long street with different names. I found out about the Norton Folgate one today. It has to be my Samuel.

In 1766 and 1767 a Samuel Obey is living at Dunnings Alley, St Botolph Bishopsgate.

Francis Fradin who wed in Bethnal Green in 1759 had 7 children all baptised at La Patente Spitalfields inbetween 1760 and 1775. His wife died in 1782 and is buried at St Matthew Bethnal Green. Francis died in 1803 and is buried there. It transpires the Fradins lived in Bethnal G but worshipped at Spitalfields. From 1780 to 1785 a Francis Fradin is listed as a tenant at James Street, Bethnal Green. I finally found out today what street he lived at.

The 1767 Land Tax records list Francis Fradin (misspelt as Fardain) at Thomas Street, Bethnal Green. Susannah Fradin was born in March 1765 so must have been born at Thomas Street. The La Patente Huguenot records dont list the address but there can always be other ways.
