Something is not right. No marriage in NSW index 1920 - 1960 for a frank cav* to a Mary.

They are not living together for many years. Mary Ann is in northern NSW 1958 and 1963. When Arthur dies he is living with a Mary not a Mary Ann in Auburn.

However, I can't find a divorce on NSW Archives or a second marriage.

Not 100% sure gibbo.

Mary Ann may have been know as just Mary. Perhaps she moved from Tweed to Auburn to Tweed. ??

It looks like a case for divorce and remarriage but no evidence yet.

Name is Cavanaugh and Cavanough for children.

If Mary is a wife then I can't find a marriage.

Up to cutoff point 12 June 1920 they didn't have a daughter Mary.
