That is the St Leonards area ?

Then the 1890 death is correct. Jane was born in Tasmania.

I still can't work out the Anderson bit unless it's an error in the reg the middle name has been taken as the surname.

I couldn't see an Anderson connection...

I did also wonder about the convict connection... I did hint at it with Edward Stephens in an earlier post. There is also an Edmund (Convict) b. at a similar time, there are some similarities, but can't get back to same parents
