No sign of a death in NSW index for anything like Pappasheim so I'd say that's probably Frederick going by the Naturalization.

It does look OK, produced with NSW agreement. Original has that of the transcription. I would keep an open mind though, given possible anomalies..

Very curious. It is on NSW Records site as an index entry only found by using Frederick and 1861.
