Hi I am interest in to see if there is any French lines In my family tree. My great grandmother was Elizabeth Clawson. The family name was changed from Classon I can only go back as far as her grandfather James Classon born in Carrickfergus in and around 1830 or so and he married Margaret Dempsey and she was from the Ballymena area.
