Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire.

Hello everyone
I am not sure if anyone could point me in the right direction or not but i am stuck on trying to find out any info on a farm which my ancestor lived in.
The farm was called Rigan House Farm, and it was on sharoe green lane in fulwood in preston, my ancestor lived there in the 1901 census, i have asked at the local library nad they have nothing on the farm at all.
Any help would be most welcome\
