Found trees now..

After all these years, I still can't work out the logic of trees. One says b. Cranbrook, Kent and cites the 1851 census as a source [Sussex] :eek:

Others have Sussex and cite the 1851, so perhaps a little more likely to be Sussex 75-25 :)

But how does that tree make the connection? Probably no father's name on 1816 marriage.

Age in 1851 and age at death don't agree, so which one to choose to point to which baptism?
